Free Shipping:
Simply look for the Free Shipping logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $199 or more, those items ship for FREE!

For orders which qualify for free shipping, Metalaire Louver Company reserves the right to ship these items via our preferred handler, UPS Ground. Tracking numbers and updated order information will be updated live to your account, where you can access previous orders, tracking numbers, and order updates.

Freight Shipping:
Given the size and nature of some of our products. We will have to ship items via motor freight. Metalaire Louver Company reserves the right to choose the preferred freight carrier at the time of item dispatch. Our preferred LTL carriers include (UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, Southeastern). These LTL shipments can typically be delivered to a residential address and be off loaded by hand or lift gate (if the truck is properly equipped). Metalaire Louver Company will ALWAYS contact you before the freight items ship to notify you of the expected carrier and estimated delivery date and time. If your freight item should require special additional handling or off load procedures, we will contact you by email and phone at the information as provided to us when you submit your order.

By purchasing a freight ship item, you grant us permission to share only your contact information and shipping address to the freight carrier company. They will utilize this information to contact you regarding your shipment, and never be reused or enter it into marketing campaigns. Freight orders will require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left at a location without being approved and signed for.

Freight Packaging:
All of our over-sized freight ship items will be securely packaged and contained within a secured shipping crate. These wood crates will be custom constructed for your freight order and can vary in size depending on the item being shipped. All products will be properly secured within the crate via metal or plastic strapping and nails.

Freight Damage:
Unfortunately, damages to freight items can happen. We will pledge to secure your products safely within our crates which will in most cases protect the items from light to moderate crate damage incurred by the freight carrier. Upon arrival, please carefully inspect the ENTIRE crate which includes the exterior and interior for damage. Please note any damages to the crate with pictures and notes, (these pictures are a CRITICAL component of a freight damage claim).

Before signing for the item, please open it and check for potential product damage. Any notes on product damage should also be documented with pictures and provided to us immediately.**

**Damage claims must be submitted to us within 48 hours of product arrival and should include as much detail as you can provide.**

Refund/Return Policy:

Please contact us via email at [email protected] to receive information and directions on processing a return. Please note for authorized returns, an RMA number will be issued along with a return order packing slip. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package and also submit the return packing slip within the package. Any items returned to Metalaire Louver Company WITHOUT the proper documentation and authorized RMA number will not be credited back to the customer.

We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
