SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping charges are calculated by product type and destination. We do not ship outside of the continental United States.

Deliveries to construction and residential sites may incur additional charges.

Customers will be notified prior to shipment of these charges.

GROUND SHIPMENTS:
Most orders are shipped via USP, Federal Express, and USPS. A signature is required on all products unless otherwise noted by customer.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTS:
Product that exceeds the weight or size limit for ground delivery is shipped freight line. The freight carrier will call to set up a drop time, usually 24 hours prior to delivery. Typical freight shipments are designated curb side delivery, which means the customer is responsible for unloading. A lift gate may be available at an additional charge thru the carrier if the customer is unable to unload the delivery.

DAMAGES & CLAIMS:
All ground deliveries must be reported to us within 24-48 hours of delivery. Product must be in original packaging. If there is missing product call us and we will take care of the issue promptly.

All freight must be inspected by the customer at time of delivery, prior to signature. This claim must be reported to freight carrier and us immediately. If you sign for the order it is at that time yours. If damages are found after the product is signed for we are unable to put in a claim.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Restocking fee may apply.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All items must be returned in original packaging and unused. Any product that is returned not in its original package will not be given a refund and customer will be responsible for getting the product back to their location.
  • All custom orders are non- refundable.
  • When an order is placed we begin processing the order right away, for this reason sometimes an order cannot not be changed or cancelled. If an order is cancelled after production a restocking fee may apply.
